1. CPO (Chief Product Office) is acting as CTO - CPO has no clue how to run a technology team and holds minimal accountability for the leaders he's appointed to run Engineering - CPO also has no clue how to run Product - instead of focusing on building innovative features, he's focused on acquisition of companies to fill in the gap 2. Our Engineering team is not capable of delivering anything - software is full of bugs - most releases result in client-impacting incidents - QA team is a joke - technical debt is never addressed 3. CEO not qualified to run the company - no transparency on direction of company - no empathy towards employees 4. No accountability for our leaders - PMO is non-existent - some leaders don't really actually contribute anything to the organization, except scheduling meetings to ask redundant questions in order to seem involved and important - our security team doesn't know half the stuff they should but our CISO constantly applauds them publicly for the most mundane of tasks 5. Compensation - pay cuts across the board - no bonuses across the board - no raises across the board - however we're hiring more VPs - however we're acquiring more companies

- If you are in the US be aware that they are heavily pushing towards Costa Rica employment which means positions in the states are constantly at risk - Company will expect you to take on other roles without compensation - Upper management cannot get a handle on the direction they want to go for a team structure and company future - Constant confusion of roles and expectation as the PE firm figures out what to really do with the company - Very little leadership outside of the New York / Chicago offices and at times it feels like you aren't connected to the company whatsoever - The company is pushing clients to the Marketing Suite platform which has a LOT of downfalls. They are upselling for the money while attempting to make improvements at the same time. It seems like they are ultimately pushing clients off a cliff. - Health benefits are subpar (really look into them before you accept a position) - Unclear work from home expectations. Many people listed this as a pro previously but no longer is that true. The company is pushing to be in-office focused but you might still get a day or so of wfh. - There are some big walls for career advancement once you get to a certain level.
