Pros

I love Chewy! It was honestly a great experience from start to end. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Being a customer service representative requires a lot of hard work and multi-tasking, but Chewy provides you with as much independence or support as you personally need. I had a lot of fun while at work, while at the same time experiencing personal growth career wise. Chewy.com treats their customers like royalty, and it would not be unusual to have a customer call in just to say that we were awesome. Customer service like that these days is unheard of! Chewy is going places, and will continue to thrive and expand.

Cons

The only con is that there isn't a Chewy.com location in the state that I am moving to!

Pros

I began my career here at Chewy.com two and a half years ago in the customer service department, and was promoted to accounting, then later brought back to customer service to help with development & training. I have never worked for a company that offers so many opportunities to grow and succeed. They reward loyalty and dedication here at Chewy. If you’re a motivated person you will find that this company is more than happy to reward you in $o many ways. They offer a fabulous reward system where you get Kudos you can cash out for whatever your heart desires, like an iPad, or a MacBook, or maybe just a Vespa scooter to get you to work, I prefer the gift cards. I LOVE this place! Great people, good benefits, cool perks, and an optional 401K program if you’re feeling old. They’re located in the Design Center which is a pretty cool place to come to work every day, and the office is really hip with the best Starbucks coffee in town right in the break room. If you are lucky enough to get an invite to work here, you will find yourself welcomed with open arms into our family. Kelli is the customer service director here, and she is the smartest woman you will ever meet, I have watched her take a 10 person customer service department and successfully and strategically transform it into to a 150 person team that is expected to double shortly. Customer Service is Kelli’s diamond, and she has handpicked each individuals in this department and put into place a system of managers and leads who check and balance each other perfectly. Our customer service team is unlike anything you have ever experienced before, just give us a Bark and see for yourself!

Cons

The growth might make your tail go between your legs. Walls are constantly being knocked to make more space for the growth!

Cons

Constantly changing procedures, policies, and job expectations. Will make up something to get rid of you. You are not given enough notice for mandatory overtime and if you don't show up for it then you are penalized. When they change how they want something done they don't give an adequate amount of time to adjust and expect 100% right away.
