Some associates are very nice and want to work as a team. Thankful to have a job and not be out of work

Cons

Everything. Low staff, many times one on one coverage along with calling campaigns that don't drive any traffic in. How can you service a customer if you're stuck on the register because there is only one other person working. Very hard for store to make money and make bonus when more than one coupon can be used or combined with different promotions. Physically demanding. Shipment has to be done during store hours on top of helping customers and once again, calling campaigns. Expectations high based on KPI's and appt selling.

Work life balance, because you truly aren't being developed or properly held accountable. So this in turn doesn't push you to work harder.

Cons

Frustration, no strategy, wasted time doing things over and over. Upper management wants feedback on everything but do nothing with your feed back. How many times can you tell the merchants and President that she wants FULL length pants??? And today we still have none or maybe 1 style and no sizes.
