Pros

Love working with kids and families!!!! Pay is acceptable

Cons

Nurses here are unbelievable cliquey and judgmental! The culture on many of the floors is negative. It's hard to have good teamwork with the "greater than thou" attitude displayed by so many. Management sucks. --Very two-faced and love to create and/or be involved with drama. They focus too much on the pettiness of staff when they should be focusing on the patients. It's hard to move up and/or around in the organization. I do not feel valued as an employee at all. CHW should be a place people come to work because they love working with kids....it's too bad that many just come for the status. It's unfortunate that there are not many options in Milwaukee to work in pediatrics besides CHW. From what I hear Children's used to be a wonderful place to work 10 years ago. Its troubling the direction this organization is going it...
