Pros

Great community. Great environment and facilities. Many opportunities for advancement/change once inside the organization. Enjoyed the feeling of working towards positive common goal (treating children).

Cons

I did not personally experience this, but I have heard about some people's dissatisfaction with communication on some issues from senior management.

Pros

Still great insurance providing you are not married... Excellent coverage for children with top notch care. Central location for driving and free parking.

Cons

Change in leadership tends to focus on the new and not taking into what was in place to help make the company what is.

They genuinely care about their emplyees and are trained form the beginning to know that they are supported and encouraged.

Cons

There is the main campus, which is located in Wauwatosa, but then they have two other hospital-within-a-hospital locations in Kenosha and Neenah, WI - All new employees go down to main campus for all their new hire orientation
