Pros

Great Employee Benefits and at one time there were some Great People there to work with. World Class Healthcare Facilities and partnerships and the potential to serve the children of Milwaukee and the world.

Cons

The OLD CHHS used to care about the KIDS and their Families First. Not anymore! Most Senior Management is incompetant and were only hired due to politics or favors owned. Much of the staff are overworked and undrepayed for their efforts. Managements expectations are unrealistic and unobtainable due to their incompetance, leading to poor performance reviews and subsequently lower pay raises in order to meet their department budgets.

Pros

The insurance is still very good even with having a marrage additional cost. Great if you have kids as you get a healthy discount.

Cons

No career path for most people, a lot of favortism between managers and "friends" on staff. Extensive lack of caring and contact for staff.

Great people to work with We do everything for the kids

Cons

Senior Management leads like they have no strategy or idea of where the organization is going. IS leaders are fearful to ask the CIO to break down his requests and explain them. Lay-offs occurred a few months ago.
