Pros

Wonderful caring co workers who have same faith practices that you do, not afraid to pray with you and for you

Cons

Salary is so low that I went to work at another company and my salary is 4.50 higher. Why is the salary so low? You built another building so I guess the salary of the staff went to the nice new pretty building. I would have stayed at this company since I loved the atmosphere, but the salary is just too low. With the minimum wage of some people getting over $12.00/hour you would think that this company would allow workers who are dedicated to get at least $15.00. You need skills and understanding medical claims in order to do your job here, but with the salary this low no wonder the claims went out the door and processed incorrectly. I can go to work at Walmart not using my brain at all, and make more $.
