If you are still with us, you know we've made great improvements to Therapist and Case Management compensation structures which now pay for most training, staffings and additional documentation, as well as added bonuses! You're right...benefits are expensive and we implements a 50% employer match this last open enrollment 3/1/20 for all Fee For Service team members. Please attend our Think Tank and provide more suggestions based on your experience as a Therapist. Thank you for your feedback Former Outpatient Therapist in Orlando. Glad to hear you enjoyed the training opportunities and supervision available...that's positive! Unfortunately, Therapists working part-time is difficult for us because of the training requirements, supervision and monthly tracking/staffings required. We've tried in the past and have experienced challenges, which potentially open you as the clinician, the licensed supervisor and Chrysalis Health to risk and liability.
