Pros

There were very few pros to this job. You could make your own work hours (to a certain extent) depending on client availability. The clients you work with while on the job are also great

Cons

Only paid by the billable hour. So, if a client chooses to not open the door or happens to be running an errand when you arrive, you will not get paid for that client. Paperwork cannot be billed. Most trainings in house are not paid. Supervision is not paid. Therefore, if you are not physically in front of a client, you will not get paid your hourly wage. My supervisor was also only concerned about how many clients I was seeing and always pushing me to see more. She was not as concerned about my emotional well being as a therapist.

Thank you for your feedback Former Employee in Pompano Beach. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience joining our team. I happy to hear that you enjoyed your clients while working for Chrysalis Health...that is certainly a positive. Some paperwork is reimbursable in our Fee For Service pay structure so I'm not sure what you mean by paperwork cannot be billed. Chrysalis Health prides itself on providing support through supervision, Think Tank and Therapist support groups to make certain that our therapists in the field are cared for. I wish you would have reached out to me if you felt differently with your supervisor as this is not conducive to the culture and excellence Chrysalis Health strives to achieve. I encourage you to contact me should you choose to share more at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014. I hope you found what you needed in your new employer and are happy.
