      no over sight . They just run the paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible benefit packages. Don't have many internal opportunities to move on. Ciber cuts all the client holidays from Employees personal and vacation days. That means, you are paying for the days you can't work, because client is off in Christmas or thanks giving

      Some of the remaining people are very good people with good intentions. Embraced Remote work and had a good set up to accommodate it prior to COVID.

      Cons

      Misguided understanding of growth and success. Leadership is extremely disconnected from reality on the front lines of the marketplace. They are providing a highly priced staffing service using the same bodies as other staffing firms, just giving them benefits. They do not have any of the national practices and in house capabilities or support they claim to. Their goal is to capture large projects and off shore as much as they can to maximize profitability. Far more focused on the profitability of deal and the margin of a deal than they are landing what business they can, building meaningful relationships, and setting a long term stage for success. Laid off 90% of their rockstars
