We are sorry to hear that you are not having a good experience in some other areas. Our leadership is committed to hearing employee feedback, including through employee surveys, the monthly 1:1 coffee chats offered with executive leadership, and other avenues. Regarding the current diversity of the Executive Leadership Team, 40% are women and 50% are people of color.
