Pros

A place to learn alot if you are just starting out.

In all of my years working (25+), I have never experienced the level of toxicity that I did working here. First, it is discouraged to ask your colleagues for help and when I did, those coworkers on my team went back and complained that I asked them questions and thereby I was chastised for it. I was excluded from work I did and was told the client doesn't need to know all the people on the team so we don't get more questions. Really? The whole point of this role is to be available to the client for ANY questions. When I questioned not being copied on an email to 3 different people (again, on work that I did), I was deemed combative and aggressive which is totally offensive to me because I do not conduct myself in that manner. Circana offers "ME" days that are days you get to take off, but since we have a client, we need coverage on our team, which is totally understandable. I was told we take turns with coverage but every time I tried to take one of these days, I was denied. I was also denied vacation as I was out sick for a period of time, which clearly demonstrates a level of retaliation. Simply, no one showed me any basic human decency nor respect, which isn't too much to ask. When trying to collaborate and work with my team, I would make suggestions and be completely IGNORED. Really weird dynamic. When I expressed this to my boss, I was told "don't take it personally". This is NOT a collaborative environment and people play favorites as well. Last but certainly not least, I experienced racist comments from one person on the team of which I told my boss and his response was just a smirk. Certainly a hostile work environment. Don't work here if you want to be treated as a human being.

Pros

You work with great people

Cons

Greedy and trying to do the most with the least amount of resources. Not backfilling positions when teams are already struggling before a person leaving. They implement new systems without doing a proper onboarding and vetting of new software, but then expect everyone to be able to adopt the solution without any real training. They put the cart before the horse in many ways and have gotten rid of people before they should, and then we suffered because they thought they were further along in a process. If you want to be burnt out and miserable, work here, they will suck you dry. Oh and I don't trust the data anymore, there are too many system issues that it is hard to put faith that what we are providing clients is accurate.

-Exposure to major CPG brands and national retailers -Remote work flexibility -Supportive teammates who care about client success -Good culture among peers

Cons

-Workload imbalance: After a major reorg, my book of business doubled overnight, without additional compensation or resources. -No career development: Promotions and raises are opaque and inconsistent, AKA 2% merit only regardless of quota performance. Despite proven client results and increased responsibility, growth feels out of reach. -Unpaid: Base salary 15k under the low end of the industry average with no bonuses. It doesn't matter if you close a $50k or $1 million; your bonus is 0% -Turnover: Since the reorg, we have seen significant turnover, and the CS team has been outsourced, adding more work to the AEs (CIs)
