      Pros

      The people you work with at Cirium are great. I've really enjoyed the opportunity to learn from those around me about aviation/travel as well as the technology side. In sales, you get to travel fairly often which for me is a bonus.

      Cons

      Lack of vision on the product side. There is an organizational gap between departments that causes client feedback to be missed when creating new products. Cirium service several markets globally that hinders this innovation.

      - passionate about diversity and inclusion - commitment to philanthropic activities - believe in work/life balance - focus on training and development, sales enablement team - data is well known and respected, decent market share - fun company culture...at times

      Cons

      - comp plan very uncompetitive - sales commission rates very low - expensive benefits - sales operations, systems and processes very broken - very difficult to sell and get things done - products look outdated - toxic sales culture - favoritism

      Pros

      Smart, friendly coworkers, snacks, office culture.

      Cons

      Serious brain drain of top talent, uncompetitive salaries, benefits, and no bonuses to speak of. Benefits overall have deteriorated and gotten more expensive. Aviation is going to take years to recover fully, so I’d look into a different industry for a more stable environment.
