      Pros

      Cirium is part of Relx, Inc. which is a UK based company. You'll get very good PTO and maternity/paternity leave. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Too many politics and if you are not part of team that pulls all the management strings, then you are going nowhere. It is a dead end, put down your head, do your work and don't expect any promotions or growth in the company. They feed all lies to you. Health benefits sucks, 401k was better but they have cut down that too.

      Interesting domain, everything else across the organization lacks.

      - Interesting domain - Dedicated engineers - Work Life Balance

      Cons

      - Organization's focus has moved from delivering quality and value to following textbook agile/waterfall processes. - Communication within Cirium is already lacking and it becomes much worse when communicating with the other businesses within Relx. - Teams driving the organization roadmap are lacking in domain and customer experience, resulting in confusing and poor decisions that affect the entire company. - Management within Cirium listens to your concerns, but rarely are there any actions taken.
