We see all feedback as an opportunity to improve and so although it's disappointing to read some of your comments, I think your advice to management is something we can really take on board. Communication and engagement are two areas that we are currently working on to improve. Meanwhile, if you have recommendations on how management can engage better with their teams , please feel free to make suggestions to your own manager or to HR.

Dear Former Colleague - disappointing to see such a lukewarm review. As a Fund Accountant I would have hoped to see more enthusiasm about the ability to learn more in the hedge fund industry, the complex fund accounting training you would receive and the exposure to top notch clients. Also depending on the size of the office you work in, there are tremendous opportunities to learn and grow for those who are interested in working hard, learning all they can from their senior managers and demonstrating their ability and interest in moving up in the organization.
