      Dynamic: lots of change but with a continuous focus on learning and growing both individuals and the company.

      Pros

      Many: -Disciplined and forward-looking company represented through investments in tools, infrastructure, certifications, etc. - Especially for a company this size. -Inspiring corporate purpose, values and history -Strong historical corporate performance

      Cons

      Dynamic - ever changing sometimes means never stabalizing: corporate themes, focus, leadership, etc. Lack of continuity in project teams - few original team members are available due to significant resignations/replacements. Unclear what to expect in new leadership direction / vision.

      Pros

      * Strong desire to create great solutions for government agencies and the citizens they serve * Very smart people overall * Successful performance on a vast majority of contracts * Recent contract wins signal more career opportunities in 2013 and beyond * New CEO (co-founder) is bringing in a whole new atmosphere

      Cons

      * Turnover in upper management has created some instability (seems to be stabilizing now) * Challenges on a couple of contracts had negative consequences that were felt across the company -- impact is fading now * Industry reputation has been tarnished and will take a lot of work to repair

      Pros

      Citizant's size makes it a great place to grow and learn. Company officers truly care about each employee and it shows everyday. Employees a hand picked, every single one has incredible talent and provides real meaning to the company's purpose. Support services are fantastic when compared to other companies with twice the manpower. Departments such as HR or Recruiting do so much so well, you'd think they were 8x the size.

      Cons

      As with many government contractors recently, projects have been dropped and have hit contractors hard. Larger companies can insulate ripple effects from losses, however Citizant's size causes turbulence to be felt across the entire company.
