Pros

The tools they have in place for talent development are better than any I've seen before, including at some high profile financial firms. The process to work with your manager is defined well enough but allows for flexibility. The pay is good and the benefits are similar to other financial firms.

Cons

For remote workers not in the north east there is a bit of a disconnect since most functions are based in the north east.
