      Pros

      Experience and benifits. Learned a lot but also learned not to trust anyone at all which is depressing

      Cons

      No support, HEAVILY micro managed, constant threats of termination, unrealable goals, terrible IT, very cutthroat and hostile. Back office is terrible and loan department drops the ball all the time making your job much harder. Never had proper staffing and regional managers dont treat you well or support you. Very unethical company

      Pros

      Good flexibility to work from home or remotely. Strongly believe in recognition programs, almost to a fault. Friendly co-workers who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      It's a company that has been largely dormant for years and is now trying to fix all the problems within an 18-month time frame and it's stressing out many employees. The culture is old school financial institution. A lot of managing up and taking direction from executives without question. There's a bit of "if you don't drink the Koolade you may not be part of the club" mentality. Many people have been there for awhile and often are not open to new suggestions.
