None that I can think of.

Cons

This was the former Premier Advisor role. Now it's a defanged and toothless zombie job where you've been demoted to sitting on the phone all day to be the "relationship manager" to nobodies. Seriously, you have no book of clients, yet your boss coaches you to think that you do. Don't come here unless you like dialing 50 times a day while customer after customer tells you no or agrees to an appointment only to no-show your Financial Advisor partner. Don't come here unless you like driving 2 hours/day and spending $800 - 1000 per quarter in gas to perform a job you can do from your living room or at least from an empty office in a local branch 10 minutes from your home. Don't come unless you love redundant micromanagement. Don't do it!!!

Customers, colleagues and the benefits package

Cons

The relatively new leadership has made a mess of the wealth devision. Turnover is through the roof and morale is way down. My only reason for staying is that I don’t think the current leaders make it. I only wish that the senior executive team could see the mess they are making and axe them before the damage is irreversible. It’s too bad because I love the company, my job and my clients.

The people are amazing. The relationships I have made will continue long after I have left this organization.

Cons

Complete lack of autonomy and resources. The company seems to thrive on eliminating roles and having existing colleagues pick up the work. Work life balance is non-existent and for a company that promotes flexibility- forcing colleagues back to work on set days so they can collaborate shows a complete lack of awareness of what has been going on for the past couple of years. Recognition is limited to a chosen few - if you feel you have been passed by and the same people are getting all of the accolades - time to find a new job.
