Pros

Working with customers to try and help them financially.

Cons

Unrealistic and unobtainable goals. Managers that know nothing about banking because they only hire people with sales backgrounds. Only the suck ups move up, not the people who work hard and are talented.

good benefits, good incentives and pay. They also have occasional employee engagement activities that make work fun

Cons

Management in my location was awful. She was mean rude. Didn't try to develop. She was very set in her ways and not wiling to work with the team as a team. It was her way or no way. For example... it was the end of the world to have a cup of water or tape dispenser at your desk. I couldn't have my everyday resources and tools available within easy reach.

The pay is good and the benefits are ok but could be a bit better.

Cons

I am a brand new employee and I have not been told anything about my branch unless I ask. For example, opening procedures, etc. I have just finished my Banker Training and have been put on the desk and if I ask someone for help they are rude and act like I am bothering them! They act like I should already know how to operate their system! Ive only been with the company a month and already looking elsewhere.
