      Inefficient and Risky, Lagging in Technology

      Pros

      Good people "in the trenches" make for a positive work environment. There is opportunity for advancement if you work hard, have patience, and are willing to try new things.

      Cons

      Direction/stability of the newly public company is questionable. A history of short-sighted decisions has caught up to the company and it is struggling to dig out of that to remain competitive and deliver value to shareholders. Culture is chaotic and woefully under-resourced, with a tangled web of outsourcing and vendor solutions.

      Pros

      I cant think of one pro other than you get paid weekly and you get 3 weeks pto from the start of a new year but no one stays that long to take it all! They have plenty of career opportunities because of the rotating door each branch has.

      Cons

      Terrible company all the way around. Terrible pay, treats you terribly and pays terribly while working terrible hours and days. All they want is sales, sales and more sales (they dont care how you get them as long as you do), then doesnt pay out your bonus because you moved on to a better company. Id give them a negative rating if I could. Worst 6 months of my career!

      Great benefits, vacation & retirement match program.

      Cons

      High sales pressure, threats of having to stay late if certain sales aren't achieved during the day. Little reward for sales under new profit & loss compensation structure.
