Pros

Amazing benefits, including flexible working arrangements, encourages development and growth. Company has a good vision and values, and is a clear ambassador for learning and learners. Good Apprenticeship and Work Experience programmes. Charitable side of the organisation assists learners to progress through a Bursary programme.

Cons

Senior Management do not always demonstrate the values of the company

Pros

Fairly flat management structure and competitive salary for the sector.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and at the whim of UK education policy. In fairness, company is trying to become less dependent of UK market.

Pros

Great support network in place, hard work is recognised. Great people to work with. They value opportunities for Work Experience and Apprenticeships through out IT.

Nothing comes to my mind.
