Pros
Employment, occasionally allowed to work remote.
Cons
The company wants to buy more and more products and services but refuses to spend the time necessary to ensure the current products are up to par. There are a few departments leadership takes interest in such as sales and account management. Those departments are the first class employees and all others are second class. They get the parties, the bonuses, the pay incentives and fun work activities. The Company brags about the work-life balance but this does not exist. You will get burned out after about a year and leave. Only the favorite departments get any sort of work life balance. Pay is terrible, compensation is low for the area and not competitive at all with Kansas City, Wichita or Topeka. Lots of turnover across the board, executive team to hourly employees. Company acts like this is normal. I have done content work at other companies and turnover was not as high as here.
