Pros

Being able to start something new in the Pharma space is very exciting. The executive team listens to everyones input and answer questions in a very open and honest way. My manager listens to my ideas and let's me action them without being micromanaged. We are adults in a company getting out work done and helping patiences.

Cons

I come from companies where we do activities together and we get to know each other but since we have employees in Utah, Virginia and remote, we don't get to interact face to face with people that we work with daily. Again I do like social interactions and gatherings so for some people this might be a plus.

Pros

Competitive salaries, competitive benefits, great coworkers (non management)

Cons

The Quality Management Head at the Petersburg, VA site really holds back the potential for the site to be successful. Communication is a significant issue. Responses to inquiries are slow and often lack the clarity needed to resolve problems effectively and timely. The Quality Head seems unapproachable and downright rude, which creates an environment where issues cannot be openly discussed. Constructive feedback is often dismissed rather than considered, resulting in a lack of improvement in processes. Everyone I know is looking for employment elsewhere due to these issues, especially quality members
