The non profit, low cost medicine element is a great civic mission.

Cons

Beware as the company offers reimbursement for your expenses for site interview but if you do not sign offer, no reimbursement is issued. Company seek for high end talent however compensation is subpar, offering potential bonus as an incentive.

Cons

Civica only hires from outside. They never promote anyone. You will get more and more responsibilities, but without any financial compensation. It’s a dead end.
