Business Outlook
Pros
I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful employees throughout the company. The company offers good benefits, and the summer hours are nice.
Cons
Management intimidation, favoritism when assigning leads and projects, office gossip rampant, poor and inconsistent communication and training (management chooses who they share information with). Expected to be on the phone majority of time and minimal opportunity to visit large territory. Multiple lay offs during my tenure and more have occurred effecting larger numbers of staff since hiring current EVP.
