      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, coworkers help one another, tuition reimbursement, nice cafeteria amenities, summer hours on Fridays, constant feedback on job performance.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for advancement if you don't aspire to be a manager. People are cliquey here in social situations. Benefits are a joke. Beware of acquisitions - layoffs happen in droves when they buy another company. Higher-ups tend to ignore you when you're an underling.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, flex time and summer hours, laid-back corporate culture, useful feedback from immediate management, working from home is available to a lot of people. Nice office location.

      Cons

      Not a lot of advancement potential. Once in a position people seem to stay there. After Multiplan bought Viant last year, annual bonuses were a joke. Account managers allow their clients to be abusive to Multiplan employees.

      Subordinates treated as second-class, great job for a robot

      Pros

      Generally not micromanaged, relatively good benefits-package for entry-level employees. Flexible hours and a good position to get a foot in the door of the industry.

      Cons

      Management does not look to educate lower employees. Questions and concerns are frequently dismissed as a nuisance. Many times this comes despite the initial request for input. Office is extremely clique-y, and promotions and special projects are assigned accordingly. Sycophants will likely succeed, unless you are a minority. Indeed, there is a noticeable lack of minority employees in anything above an entry level position. Generally a waste of a degree, so plan on staying at this position no longer than a year or two.
