Pros

System organizes and prioritizes work for you, you are not wasting time running reports and organizing for yourself, which allows you more time to effectively work claims for highest negotiation. You have a "buddy" who handles your claims when you are away.

Cons

Management was very unprofessional. Fed the gossip in the office instead of trying to stop it. Commissions were always 2 months late. Told numbers weren't in - if numbers weren't in how did they know how much my commission was and give me the amount?

Pros

Immediate management good to work for, easy to approach and work with. Laid-back company. Helpful coworkers. Management generally does not micromanage. Ability to make contacts at organizations that are partners with Multiplan.

Cons

No retirement plan - crazy these days and really cheap considering how much money the company makes. Corporate training is a joke.

Multiplan is part of the healthcare industry and that is needed.

Cons

The benefits are not good and salaries are low. Leadership is not concerned about employees and they are very rarely seen. Its not a good place for diversity.
