o The CEO, President of LSH, and ELT are a useless bunch who only play politics to keep their positions.
o The bad culture trickles down. Leadership stabs people in the back and pushes reportees and subordinates under the bus.
o LSH President, Henry Levy does not understand the business/industry, is rude and impatient. Too full of himself to listen to anybody
o You realize in a few months that you cannot trust any leader or many colleagues.
o Mid-management and below have good people, but in the toxic environment, they are also pushed to their limits.
o Leadership forces people to lie, and if you don’t comply, you are cornered.
o Your mental health deteriorates. Even if you start your day well, you end up stressed and frustrated by the end of almost every single day. This impacts your personal life and health.
o People are psychologically forced to work at any hour of the day.
o Leaders think they own you like servants and have no empathy.
o Different business units do not work together. BU heads tell their teams not to speak or share content with other teams.
o There is constant change in the org chart, with people moved between verticals. I had 3-4 reporting managers in a year.
o CEO Jonathan Gear is like a puppet or trophy wife. He does not have the traits of a good leader.
o There are so many things wrong with this company, but you can do one right thing: Do not join this company unless you have no other job and need to pay bills. Do not listen to any fluff about how the company has changed, leadership has changed, or some person has been fired, etc. I feel the people who have left were better than the toxic people who remain.
