      Pros

      ClearCaptions has one of the most genuine work cultures I have experienced. The company truly cares about its employees and its mission, and it shows in how leadership and teams operate day to day. It is not just talk, they actively try to live their values in meaningful ways. As someone with a disability, having the flexibility to work remotely has been incredibly important. It allows me to stay fully engaged and invested in my work without feeling limited, which is something I do not take for granted. The environment is supportive, collaborative, and purpose driven.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization, there can be growing pains, especially with how quickly the company is expanding, as teams and processes continue to mature.
