Helping customers, some pretty decent sales reps in the field, flexible schedule

Cons

The comp plan leaves a lot to be desired. As with any sales job in order to make money you have to work smart, hard, and often long hours. Even if you do that the financial reward isn’t there because the sales Force is encumbered by mountains of correspondence and process from the corporate office that impedes selling. The model is flawed and sales people are treated like a commodity as evidenced by a very low base salary and a ridiculously convoluted comp plan that inspires sandbagging.

Hard pressed to think of one these days....Really! Making a little more than unemployment.

Cons

Making less than the day I started and working harder and longer for every cent without joy or fulfillment. Having to deceive trusting seniors with company lies and inappropriate and faulty technology making their lives more difficult not better.
