High pay but there are some risks

Pros

Work from home opportunity. Equipment provided. Bi weekly pay. High paying job from start. You have to enjoy being on the phone. You have to listen to voice mail during low call volume. You can't be idle they will watch your every move and tell you to grab voice mails and make calls. You only get two 15 min break and one 30 minutes lunch. You will meet wonderful people here, there's some nice people here. I love the pay and not the cons You can grow here You can climb the ladder here quickly. Career advancement is awesome here. You alot of help from your team. Great benefits Overtime opportunities

Same Routine Process and procedures change frequently. Strict attendance policy you can get fired missing too many days. Strict password policy make sure you read the rules and process changes as they changes often. If you’re not paying attention, skip a warning or a write up. Your straight on a final. Not enough PTO well for me in my opinion. Not everyone is friendly at the job, there are some mean and rude people in certain departments. You have to deal with rude know it all outside contractors technicians. They will make mistakes and you will have to do a long draw out tedious process to fix the rude tech mistakes. You will encounter harassment of some sort from male customers (inappropriate conversations) if you're a woman. If this is triggering don't proceed. I couldn't bare it not one bit. They said words matter but I got my feelings hurt alot with words from tech, supervisor and customers.

I didn't have to relocate

This is the worst managed company I have ever seen. From CEO level all the way down to middle management. No one has a clear idea of what needs to be done, let alone how to do it. Team members end up doing manager/supervisor tasks consistently without recognition or pay. Pay appears decent but raises don't happen, (was here for years before I ever got a pay increase). Attendance policy is very strict and not accommodating for people with health issues, kids, etc. Plans and directions change almost daily and employees are condemned for not knowing what the changes are before they're told

Pros

Made great friends as we went thru the struggle!

Cons

Management is horrible! They lie and deceive. The way they manipulate the compensation makes it IMPOSSIBLE to succeed. They severely overestimated their growth opportunity now they're punishing the employees for management mistakes by eliminating benefits and creating a very negative culture. Really sad to witness what was once a great environment deteriorate. A lot of wrong people in unfortunately right positions that have negatively impacted people's livelihoods!
