It was great, then it wasn't

Pros

Giving people the gift of hearing on the telephone was amazing. Presenting at events and audiologists was great too.I enjoyed working from home and setting my own appointments.

Cons

Installing the telephones was horrible. Clients needed to know their wifi info and most often they did not as they were seniors. It involved crawling around on the floor, finding outlets behind furniture then not getting signals that we need to connect. Some of the homes were in horrible condition and it was rough to say the least. I am a sales professional and not an installer, nor did I have the knowledge to do it as well as I should have been able to. Being on the EST and the company is on PST If we had an appointment before 10am there was not any support staff to troubleshoot why an installation was going south. There were firewalls, inadequate signal strength and a miriad of problems that could not be overcome. If the client lived in an independent living community with wifi provided for the buildling it was never strong enough to operate the telephone. It was just time for me to move on. Once the VP that started the field reps left it all went downhill. Then covid was the final nail in the coffin.

Dying Technology and Bad Management

Pros

There are couple people left who really care, but they won't last long.

Cons

Their motto is that everyone is replaceable by an overseas contractor and it lead to poorly built products. The technology is dying and their exit strategy keeps failing.
