Stay away unless you are hopelessly desperate for a job, and don’t mind never receiving a raise.

The best part about working here was the coworkers. However, most of the coworkers I enjoyed working with have left the company for various reasons.
Cons
Don’t expect that just because this company has a DevOps group that you will be treated with any level of respect. I didn’t receive one penny of a salary increase the entire time I worked for ClearCaptions, despite being the lead engineer (and, at one point, the only engineer supporting the platform). Despite no promotion nor raise, my responsibilities continued to grow, with no form of reward for the added effort. I mistakenly thought that hard work, initiative and effort would be rewarded, but it wasn’t, and it won’t be. Instead, you can expect the technical group to treated as dispensable and easy to replace.
