Pros

I've worked at several healthcare tech companies, all with similar job titles, and CliniComp has been, hands down, the best company I've ever worked for. The job can be challenging and demanding, but I feel very supported by my manager and the other people that I work with. For the first time in my 10+ years in the workforce, I finally feel like I'm an active participant in my work life and not just forced to go along with whatever is put on my plate.

Cons

More compensation transparency wouldn't hurt--knowledge is power.

Pros

This is a company that truly takes care of their employees. Compensation and benefits are good, but their dedication to our well-being was put to the test when COVID hit. Instead of firing us or forcing us to come in, they prioritized our health and gave us the ability to work from home. It’s great to work for a company that puts their money where their mouth is.

Cons

We have a strong team, but we lack interdepartmental communication which slows everyone down.

The team was exceptional, projects were engaging, and leadership had an excellent handle on the ever-changing climate. I will say this: your ability to adapt plays a HUGE role in your success at CliniComp. The nature of the product required us to change our procedures on a regular basis. You can’t enter the healthcare industry, which is constantly evolving, and expect to do the same work every day. That would be counterproductive for everyone involved.

Cons

Constant procedural changes aren’t for everyone.
