Pros

good benefits, pay is acceptable

Cons

Interdepartmental collaboration is laughable here, procedures seem to be established on the spot with no foresight.. The top levels overpowering opinion, mood swings, and incessant need to be involved in every aspect of the company are truly holding the company back. There are people at director/VP level positions that have no business being there, favoritism and special treatment is something that seems to be openly embraced here. There are no updates on company status or product advancements for the vast majority of employees, leaving most feeling disconnected. We do get the honor of leadership vaguely babbling on once or twice a year during a company-wide meeting about how great and bright our future is. As this company scrambles together in an unorganized fashion to replace a current product that is likely failing, I don't anticipate much growth from this company, nor do I expect leadership to budge on their same broken, unproven ways of handling business.

Pros

My work and team are supported with state-of-the-art tools, professional support for my projects, and ongoing opportunities to expand my skill set. Everyone I work with is excited about our mission to deliver superior tech solutions and client services. Our company culture is infused with a strong sense of integrity and a fierce commitment to collaboration that promote excellence and goal achievement. Happily, we are a team of doers and can-doers. I appreciate our hybrid work schedule that permits the perfect balance of in-person productivity and dedicated independent work time. Our physical workspaces and breakroom/kitchen areas are welcoming and spur cooperative engagement.

Cons

COVID-19 has forced us to work from home. I look forward to returning to in-person interaction with my colleagues.

A Has-Been Company with Toxic Leadership

Pros

There are many, many good and honorable, hardworking folks working at CCI who have dedicated themselves to the service of our veterans and Service members through their work. Their labors have been rewarded by gaslighting, fear of reprisal for speaking out, and management by pressure.

Cons

The CEO's malignant narcissism, capriciousness, and resulting manipulative, erratic, self-defeating leadership is emotionally and psychologically abusive, using the executive team and managers to carry out his latest flight of fancy. As another review said, 'stuff' flows downhill -- nowhere is that more true than at CCI. The CEO's madness infects everything and creates a toxic culture with beaten-down employees.
