great relationship with reporting manager and coworker, great compensation and employee benefits, flexible with remote options during COVID, accommodating based off life circumstances, diversity and inclusion

Cons

not sure on internal opportunities for career growth, haven't had a chance to exhibit culture and values (not sure if it's due to COVID), lack of internal resources

Management was structured and accessible to interns. Had decent goals for interns to work on that would impact company.

Cons

Could have had more clear instructions for some parts and better idea of what we were trying to accomplish.
