      Pros

      Intelligent, kind, hard working coworkers. Good benefits, competitive salary. Leadership team also seems good.

      Cons

      None that I experienced. Some departments were light on staffing and needed more people to keep up with the workload.

      Pros

      This is a company that truly takes care of their employees. Compensation and benefits are good, but their dedication to our well-being was put to the test when COVID hit. Instead of firing us or forcing us to come in, they prioritized our health and gave us the ability to work from home. It’s great to work for a company that puts their money where their mouth is.

      Cons

      We have a strong team, but we lack interdepartmental communication which slows everyone down.
