      Cons

      terrible leadership, absolute mismanagement, lack of any integrity as a company. recommends motto "fake it til you make it" to employees. absolutely no diversity.

      Pros

      Large brand names that look good on resume, experience in a very fast-paced environment. Good amount of time off.

      Cons

      Company is losing all of their biggest clients (not good). They don't seem to care much about their employees. There was zero training when I started. Ive worked at several agencies and this is just not a great place.
