      Smart People, Fun Work, But Challenging Industry

      Pros

      They hire really smart people so you get to learn a lot from those around you. They agency has amazing clients so you get to really cool and fun brands.

      Cons

      The advertising industry is tough, you work really hard and clients are tough on you when things aren't perfect. It's the same across agencies though, this one is no worse or better than the 4 others I've been at.

      There's a lot of support from management. I feel comfortable to speak up and ask questions. Management offers lots of communication, remote flexibility, and time off

      Long hours and not enough resources for a better work-life balance

      Meeting friendly people across all offices Currently remote friendly Work with larger brands

      Cons

      Overworked and under appreciated. Burn out happens rather quickly due to the above.
