Pros
CRA values their employees by providing great pay, benefits, contining education and profit sharing. As with any medical practice, there will always be disgruntled employees, but having over 30 yrs experience in the field of ophthalmology, I find that CRA offers it's employees an excellent benefit package and is very proactive in promoting from within. If, as an employee, you perform your job to the best of your ability, providing excellent patient care, you will thrive. CRA'S employee policy is "how can we help you to succeed."
Cons
Cross training. If an administrative employee and a clinical employee could job shadow each other, I believe this would allow each employee to understand why their job duties are so important and how they perform these duties affect others down the line.
