      Pros

      I have worked with this company for five years and it has been a very positive experience. The is a lot of room for growth because it is such a large company. The physicians are wonderful and the best in the Denver area for their specialty. Based on the reviews I have read on here, I would think that the negative individuals are probably in denial about their own poor performance because CRA is a great company and you are only asked to leave if your performance is substandard.

      Cons

      Travel to multiple locations. You are only typically expected to travel to two locations but traffic in Denver is horrible.

      Pros

      CRA has been a great place to work. They encourage and provide many educational opportunities. This is a place to grow and learn. While being a very professional environment we also have a lot of fun together. Not often you can find that combination.

      Pros

      Doctors are nice and care for their staff. I love the patients we handle.

      Cons

      The management sucks, no one seems to know for sure what's going on. They target their hardworking employees and keep the staff that seem to only know how to instigate drama. The doctors have no clue how management treats their employees. Every time someone is fired or someone quits they find someone else to target. I'm absolutely amazed that staff that are constantly messing up never seem to get in trouble here. There is no opportunity to advance here.
