Our new CEO joined the CVNA two years ago and we are on a path to broaden our business lines and at the same time maintaining our commitment to quality patient care. We look for opportunities to provide unique healthcare solutions! As a non profit, we our responsible stewards of the donations and funds to run the company. In many areas, you could say we are lean and mean - it is a continuing process to make sure we are making sure that our expenses bring the results required. In the areas of marketing, sales and exposure - our customers play a huge part in our business model - by referrals and high satisfaction in the services we provide. It is challenging to bring in the talent as a non profit. Appreciate your insight - as we go forward - we continue to look at all solutions/ideas to be able provide the healthcare solutions for the Colorado market.
