Thank you for your insight. We have bragging rights for our training and education team. Our Orientation is structured to be as long as three months - to ensure the clinician is prepared in the field to handle patient care as well as ongoing training. We hired individuals who want to provide the best in patient care and are confident to provide healthcare services on a one to one basis. We also provide strong management, technical and triage support to our clinicians in the field. As a 127 + year old non profit - we have grown to 500 + employees with a service area from Pueblo to the Colorado State line. We hire clinicians for full time salaried positions – 40 hours (as well as per visit) and given the nature of our business we ensure that our documentation follows guidelines of several governing agencies. We continue to hire because of the heightened demands of the healthcare industry. The number of visits that the CVNA handles is amazing and we look forward to continuing our expanded growth. At the Colorado VNA, we are disheartened when an employee leaves and we have not had the opportunity to hear about issues. This last year the RVNA (Greeley/ Fort Collins) and Denver offices merged, our intention through the merger is to offer enhanced healthcare services through larger geography and training for our patients, employees and the community. This last year - we have earned 4.5 star rating from CMS, an ongoing goal, which measures quality patient care. Our management and education team continually upgrade processes to support the field in providing quality patient care. Appreciate your insight - and receive the criticism very seriously.
