As the largest Home Healthcare Agency in the state of Colorado and a non profit, CVNA operates on a lean budget in providing services to our seniors with a primary focus on one on one care. The CVNA provides the best training, triage and management support in the industry. Given the current shortage of nurses - we are understaffed - looking to hire LPNs as a solution to the RN shortage. We will probably never the highest compensation which does meet what every one of our clinicians deserve. We work very hard to make sure there is internal equity (current employees) and meet the market demand for new clinicians. Current employees are given first consideration and encouraged to apply for positions - and are required to go through the same process as any applicant. We may not be the highest paid organization in town……what we have to offer – over 128 years of providing healthcare solutions, as a non profit - we are committed to the best in patient care – a training rich environment with continual upgrading of skills and techniques and a census to support our territories.
