So sorry to hear of your frustration. We encourage a culture of open communications with management - up to the CEO/President. Other forums such as surveys and all hands meetings encourage employees to share concerns, improvement/ideas and suggestions. The CVNA recently implemented field employee “councils” - we want to hear from you! Based on survey results, our employee satisfaction and engagement scores have increased and we are continually moving in a positive direction. We do encourage you to share your concerns and suggestions with your manager or the human resources department.

I encourage you to talk with your manager and scheduling - about your lack of hours. We are committed to ensuring our employees are happy and working the hours that suits their schedules. Thank you for your insight.
