The housekeepers are great and the hotel is clean.

Cons

There are no raises. The pay is low. You are requiered to work every holliday and every weekend. One of the managers is always in a bad mood and constantly talks bad about other employees.

Hotel discounts thats about it.

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible. Schedules are constantly changing without notice, training is very informal and disorganized, would not recommend at all.
