Absolutely none other than my travel arrangements were dine

Cons

If you are a physician, please go with another company. This company is completely unreliable and extremely frustrating to work with. Their entire credentialing process is a mess. They do not communicate with you until a day or two before an assignment. Even the hospitals that hire them admit that they’re a terrible company to work with. For all of those locums physicians out there that value your sanity, please avoid this company like the plague

The company overall is excellent, with a strong emphasis on culture and core values. It promotes a healthy work-life balance, provides outstanding benefits, and fosters a positive, supportive work environment

Cons

Received more guidance and support from tenured colleagues than from direct supervisors. While tenured colleagues were helpful and provided valuable support, they were often managing their own demanding workloads. Direct supervisors, who had more capacity, could have been more available for guidance rather than referring to training documents. Additionally, there was considerable pressure to meet metrics that felt unrealistic for an employee with less than one year of tenure. Even though consistent improvement was shown
