Pros

They try and create a culture of fun with execs dressing up and delivering donuts once a month.

Cons

Doesn’t make up for the never ending politics. Regardless of how well you produce unless you are in the “manager circle” you will never get promoted. If you don’t not only drink the Koolaid but take it through an IV you wont be promoted. If you find a better and more efficient way to do the job, can back it up with numbers, and dont go back to the good ol fashion “phone calls” you will be threatened with your job. Even when you are in the top 10 of the company.

Pros

Game room, cafeteria, work from home options, clinic, and gym.

Cons

Management struggles a lot. They push core values so much that it’s hard to even feel a certain way. You could express how upset you are over something and they start pushing core values and talking about staying positive. Instead of helping you they will put you on corrective action and then tell you it’s to help you succeed. Micro managing/not trusting employees is a HUGE issue as well.
