No real cons, but if I had to pick one I would say lack of training.

Received more guidance and support from tenured colleagues than from direct supervisors. While tenured colleagues were helpful and provided valuable support, they were often managing their own demanding workloads. Direct supervisors, who had more capacity, could have been more available for guidance rather than referring to training documents.
